How AIVERGENT was born
I grew up in my mother's fashion atelier and spent fifteen years in big tech - Microsoft, IBM, Accenture, etc - most of them in AI. For years, those two worlds didn't speak.
I started making AI art in 2020. Work was exhibited across Europe, US, and the Middle East. By 2023, Tommy Hilfiger awarded me the AI Fashion Designer prize, recognition for being the first to combine AI with creative direction in a way that taught AI models to respect a brand's identity.
That's when I founded AIVERGENT. Because the gap I'd lived in turned out to be exactly what brands needed: creative thinking that knows AI deeply, AI work led by creative judgement.

Who we are
AIVERGENT is led by Irina Raicu, founder and creative direction. Creative work is shared with Andrei Ivanescu, Creative Partner. Engagement strategy and client introductions run through Diana Udrea, Business Development Partner. Selected senior collaborators are added per project, scoped to the engagement.

AI artist exhibited across Europe and the Middle East since 2020. Awarded the AI Fashion Designer prize by Tommy Hilfiger in 2023 for combining AI with creative direction at brand-identity level. Brings 15+ years in enterprise AI (Microsoft, IBM, Accenture, Morningstar) and a PhD in AI to the studio. Featured by Meta and L'Oréal. Speaker at Harvard, Cannes Lions, and other international events.
Andrei Ivanescu
Creative Partner
Creative director with 20+ years at the intersection of art and technology. International experience (Vienna, Italia), with a current focus on AI-led creative production. At AIVERGENT, he brings creative rigor and AI fluency to creative direction across engagements.
Diana Udrea
Business Development Partner
Brings 20+ years of operational and commercial experience across agency, events, and brand growth. She has worked with a varied portfolio of brands, helping them scale through partnerships, contracts, and client engagement. At AIVERGENT, she leads business development bringing network access, project scoping, and client relationships to every engagement.
Jason Roper
Growth Partner
Investor and former sales lead at Microsoft, where he led contracts worth billions of dollars. With over 25+ years experience, Jason advises on growth strategy, enterprise positioning, and international scale.
